How a corporate order works
Enquiry
You message us on WhatsApp or call. We discuss the occasion, quantity, budget and the date you need the gifts by.
Design
We put together the contents of the set and prepare a mock-up with your logo, showing how it will sit on the chocolate and the packaging.
Production
Once the design is approved we make your order in 3–7 working days. Every set is assembled and packed by hand.
Delivery
We deliver across Almaty, ship to other cities in Kazakhstan, or you collect from our warehouse.

Delivery and payment
In Almaty
We deliver by courier across the city on an agreed day and time. Cost and timing are confirmed when you place the order.
Across Kazakhstan
We ship to any city in the country. Sets are packed to arrive intact.
Collection
You can collect your order from our warehouse at 17 Kaldayakov Street, Almaty — by prior arrangement.
Payment methods
For companies and sole traders. We issue an invoice, sign a contract and provide the closing documents.
For private orders. Payment is confirmed when the order is agreed.
Corporate gift sets for employees, clients and partners
Rahmet Box assembles chocolate gift sets for companies in Almaty: New Year and Nauryz gifts for staff, thank-you sets for clients, and welcome gifts for partners and guests. Every set is put together by hand in our own workshop on Belgian chocolate.
Branding options
Your logo or artwork is printed directly onto the chocolate with food-grade colours. The box, the sleeve and the card inside can all carry your brand, and the contents of the set are chosen to match your budget and the occasion.
Terms and timing
Corporate orders start from 50 pieces. You approve the mock-up before production begins, and your order is ready in 3 to 7 working days. We deliver across Almaty, ship to any city in Kazakhstan, and offer collection from our warehouse at 17 Kaldayakov Street.
Paperwork
