How a corporate order works
Enquiry
You message us on WhatsApp or call. We discuss the occasion, quantity, budget and the date you need the gifts by.
Design
We put together the contents of the set and prepare a mock-up with your logo, showing how it will sit on the chocolate and the packaging.
Production
Once the design is approved we make your order in 3–7 working days. Every set is assembled and packed by hand.
Delivery
We deliver across Almaty, ship to other cities in Kazakhstan, or you collect from our warehouse.

Delivery and payment
In Almaty
We deliver by courier across the city on an agreed day and time. Cost and timing are confirmed when you place the order.
Across Kazakhstan
We ship to any city in the country. Sets are packed to arrive intact.
Collection
You can collect your order from our warehouse at 17 Kaldayakov Street, Almaty — by prior arrangement.
Payment methods
For companies and sole traders. We issue an invoice, sign a contract and provide the closing documents.
For private orders. Payment is confirmed when the order is agreed.

How ordering works
Corporate orders start from 50 pieces. We agree the mock-up with you first, so you see how your logo will sit on the chocolate and the box before anything is produced. Once the design is approved, your order is ready in 3 to 7 working days.
Delivery and documents
We deliver by courier across Almaty, ship to any city in Kazakhstan, and offer collection from our warehouse at 17 Kaldayakov Street. Companies and sole traders pay by invoice and receive a contract and full closing documents; private orders can be paid by Kaspi transfer or QR.
